41st Kwanzaa Festival
VENDOR CONTRACT
REGISTRATION
On Friday, January 1, 2027, the African American Dance Ensemble’s host it 41stKwanzaa Festival held at the Historic Durham Amory, 212 Foster Street in Durham. This is the 41st year, and your participation is appreciated. Kwanza fest keeps getting bigger. This is your invitation to vend in the Market.
FEES & PAYMENTS:

The rental fee is $100.00. It is mandatory to settle all fees in advance to secure your space. Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors who arrive on January 1st without payment are not guaranteed set up. Please note that tables will NOT be reserved without complete payment.

SET-UP
Please come self-contained to showcase your business. Your presentation is what will attract attendees to your area. You may purchase multiple tables, but subleasing the space is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the premises with NO refund.

The dimensions of the tables are 10’x10’ and all vendor equipment, displays, stands, and supplies MUST fit within this space.

Space is limited! Please return the enclosed form with payment to secure your space. Vendors can start setting up at 9:00 a.m.; setting up before this time will not be permitted.

SECURITY: You are responsible for the security of your own property, both inside and outside the building. The African American Dance Ensemble is NOT liable for any theft, loss, or damage to your equipment or property.
CONFIRMATION
You will get a confirmation email after we receive the full payment. This email will include check-in times, loading and parking information, as well as contact details for whom to speak with when you arrive.
Please inform us if your requirements are met. Keep in mind that the breakdown should be completed after all performances have concluded.
REFUNDS
Kwanzaa Fest will not be rescheduled. If this event is canceled because of bad weather or by city/state regulations, refunds will be issued. Kindly wait for thirty (30 days for the refund to be processed). All refunds will be sent by mail to the address provided on the application form.
